Beyond Brass

See you in Vernon!

On Saturday, June 15 we join six other big bands from the Okanagan Valley for a day of music. This annual event, last year in Kelowna, is great fun with lots of room to swing dance, lindy hop, jive, foxtrot, Latin or dance however the spirit moves you. You can also just sit back in a comfy chair and enjoy the sounds. 

There will be a concession, run by the Kalamalka Secondary School Music Department, serving soup & salad, chili & a bun, and other meals from 4:00 until 7:00pm, and snacks, soft drinks, juice and water for the whole event. There will also be a cash bar, run by the Vernon Jazz Club, serving beer, wine and coolers. 

Tickets are only $20 with proceeds going to support the Vernon Jazz Club and the Kalamalka Secondary School Music Department.

This year we are at the Vernon Recreation Centre located at 3310 37th Ave, Vernon, BC. The schedule is as follows:
